Standard Event Pricing
$100/hour (4 hour minimum)

Standard Event Pricing includes
3 hours for event + 1 additional hour of setup/cleanup time (minimums)
(Add Additional Time + $100/hour)

Non-Profit Rate Available Upon Request

Standard Event Pricing Includes Almost All Event Types (Including Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers)
Does Not Include Wedding Receptions, or Wedding Ceremony & Reception Combos (See Below)
Every event is priced at the discretion of Headquarters Booking Support, and Headquarters reserves the right to modify pricing for special events such as Holidays, Large Events, Excessive Cleanup, etc.

  • 1 Hour of Morning Setup for Drop Off, Decorating, Icing Drinks, etc.

  • 1 Hour of Afternoon Setup for Catering Arrival, Final Touches, Pre-Guest Arrival

  • 3 Hour Reception

  • 1 Hour After Event for Guest Overstay, Ride-Share Pickup, Cleanup, Pack-out, Exit


    Wedding Ceremony & Reception Combo Package - $1400
    ( 7 Hours , Add Additional Time At $200/Hour)

  • 1 Hour of Morning Setup for Drop Off, Decorating, Icing Drinks, etc.

  • 1 Hour of Afternoon Setup for Catering Arrival, Final Touches, Pre-Guest Arrival

  • 1 Hour Ceremony, Cocktails, Venue Furniture Transition

  • 3 Hour Reception

Wedding Ceremony & Reception Combo Package - $2000
(10 Hours, Add Additional Time At $200/Hour)

  • 2 Hour of Morning Setup for Drop Off, Decorating, Icing Drinks, etc.

  • 2 Hour of Afternoon Setup for Catering Arrival, Final Touches, Pre-Guest Arrival

  • 1 Hour Ceremony, Cocktails, Venue Furniture Transition

  • 4 Hour Reception

Basic Venue Information

Capacity - 100 Seated Guests, 175 Total Guests
Parking - Street Parking Available, Free Public Parking Lot Across Street
Payment - 100% of Payment Due at the Time of Booking
Setup/Cleanup - Pricing includes 3 hour of setup/cleanup time
Cancellation Policy - 50% payment refunded if cancelling on or more than 30 days from event, no refund within 30 days of event
