Standard Event Pricing
$100/hour (4 hour minimum)

Standard Event pricing includes
3 hours for event + 1 additional hour of setup/cleanup time (minimum)
(Add Additional Time + $100/hour)

Non-Profit Rate Available Upon Request


 

Capacity - 100 Seated, 200 Total
Parking - Street Parking Available, Public Parking Lot Across Street
Payment - 100% of Payment Due at the Time of Booking
Setup/Cleanup - Pricing includes 1 hour of setup/cleanup time.
(1 Hour Minimum; For Elaborate Setup/Decoration, Headquarters recommends 1 Hour of Setup + 1 Hour of Cleanup)
Cancellation Policy - 50% payment refunded if cancelling on or more than 30 days from event, no refund within 30 days of event
